Ms. Callahan currently focuses her practice on consumer bankruptcy, personal injury, and employment law. Prior to establishing her own firm, Ms. Callahan was employed as an attorney at two law firms, both specializing in bankruptcy and litigation. Ms. Callahan also spent time in law school as a law clerk for a boutique employment law firm, which focused on executive advocacy and discrimination. In her position as a law clerk, Ms. Callahan drafted legal documents such as complaints and charges, as well as client chronologies and letters. For over three years, Ms. Callahan was employed by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court in the Clerk’s Office for Suffolk County. This experience has given her a unique perspective relating to complex litigation and procedural posture of cases.

Ms. Callahan earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University’s School of Management and her Juris Doctor from New England Law, Boston. While in law school, Ms. Callahan served as a Comment and Note Editor on the New England Journal for Criminal and Civil Confinement and served as both a member and president of the Women’s Law Caucus. Ms. Callahan is admitted to the bar in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Ms. Callahan currently resides on the North Shore. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. Ms. Callahan is an avid skier, book reader, and cook.
